Mosaic piece depicting the Good Shepherd mosaic in the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia

Amazing large mosaic piece, initially used as restoration model during the massive restorations of the Mausoleum of Galla Placida in the 1960s. The mosaic was ment to be part of  the Good Shepherd mosaic in the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia in Ravenna, Italy. Made with marble and goldplated stones. Rare!
